You can be her. Your strong enough. Just say “no”.
Once you say “no” first couple of times its hard but then you get used to it. It becomes a routine. Then you get on the scaled and see how much you’ve lost and it becomes a game. How much could I loose next week? Or time to set another goal. After that its e a s y.
“Its only one bite”, you say to yourself. Well take that one bite and you’ll be giving in. Do you really wanna look like that?!^
